 About The Museum

This museum preserves and exhibits about 16,000 articles related to Motoori Norinaga. Visitors can learn about his life history and attractive personality.
Four times a year, exhibits are changed in an attempt to capture the entire spectrum of Norinaga's life and work. There is a also researcher who is stationed in this museum. He has profound knowledge of Norinaga and is always willing to talk about this fascinating scholar.

Open : 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Closed : Mondays (or Tuesdays if a national holiday falls Monday), Dec. 29 – Jan. 3


 Admission

Adult : 400 yen
College Student : 300 yen
Children (Elementary, Junior High and High School) : 200 yen
Group (30 people or more) : 300 yen per person
